The aluminium chassis features a robust 2mm 50 x 50mm box design, incorporating a full-length centre longitudinal and cross members with corner gussets. This is fortified by welded overlap C channel outer sections.
The hitch is a durable steel box with an 800mm long extension on the Adventurer, and a steel double sleeve box 980mm long extension(drawer bar length to end of XO coupling)inserted on the Adventurer AT, reinforcing the main chassis members to effectively distribute pull and torsional forces, eradicating chassis fatigue.
The axle utilizes the trusted Australian-made AL-KO IRS axle system, renowned worldwide for providing independent suspension that enhances stability, mitigating dangerous swaying even under heavy loads. This system's reliability has been rigorously tested across diverse terrains and conditions for over two decades.
